I will remember this meal for a long time to come! What a fantastic experience. This unassuming Mexican/Italian fusion restaurant should definitely be on your list of restaurants to check out in LA. The service and the food was outstanding. Unlike anything I have had before! We ordered the special melon salad, aguachile, huitlacoche cacio & pepe and the duck mole. Holy moly. What a flavor adventure we went on. The depth of flavor and elegant swells of spice within each dish is mind blowing. The aguachile is a must try for sure. It's refreshing and spicy at the same time. The mole was so incredible that I wanted to lick the plate! We also had a watermelon agua fresca and it was the best one I have ever had. When dining here, you feel like you are dining at a friends house. Such a cozy/homey vibe and deliciously unique what to me, felt like comfort food. Can't wait to return. Make a res in advance!

I was just here last night and was so impressed. This place is kind of a hidden gem. Though it's in a fun little neighborhood it really doesn't look like anything special from the outside, but it was actually a pretty unique Italian-Mexican hybrid menu. My group had no regrets over anything we ordered. The cocktails were flavorful despite not seeming to be made with hard liquor. There were three of us and we shared the Eloge Agnolotti, the Duck duck duck, the aguachile, the pork chop, and the spaghetti fritti. Everything but the main was delicious and a little surprising- though the main (pork chop) was very good. We had excellent service through the night and nice moments with the chef or manager who was on duty. Our server was knowledgeable and recommend the perfect amount of food and offered great substitutions when things were out of stock. Highly recommend their house made hot sauce.
